With Assisted Move, we’ll work with trusted estate agents to help sell your existing property quickly and at the best possible price. We’ll cover the estate agent fees and manage the process on your behalf, making your move smoother, faster, and hassle-free.

Terms & conditions

By participating in the Alderley Homes Assisted Move Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • The Assisted Move scheme is available on selected Alderley Homes developments and plots only.

    • The scheme is offered at the discretion of Alderley Homes and may be withdrawn at any time.

    • The customer must enter into an agreement with Alderley Homes to allow an estate agent to market their existing property for sale.

    • Alderley Homes will appoint a recommended estate agent to market the property.

    • The customer agrees to allow the appointed estate agent access to the property for valuation, photographs, and viewings.

    • The property must be maintained in a presentable condition for sale.

    • The customer must complete an agreement with Alderley Homes before the Assisted Move process begins.

    • Once a buyer is found for the existing property, the customer must reserve their chosen Alderley Homes property within 48 hours to proceed with the sale.

    • If a buyer is not found within the agreed marketing period (typically 6 weeks), Alderley Homes reserves the right to withdraw the scheme.

    • Alderley Homes will cover estate agent fees for the sale of the customer's existing home.

    • If the customer withdraws from the scheme or fails to progress with the sale after an offer is accepted, they may be liable for any incurred estate agent fees.

    • The customer must instruct a solicitor and mortgage provider (if applicable) within 7 days of an offer being accepted.

    • The customer must be financially qualified to proceed with the purchase.

    • The sale of the customer’s existing home must complete in line with the legal completion of the new Alderley home.

    • If the customer fails to complete the transaction, Alderley Homes reserves the right to remarket the new home.

    • Assisted Move cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or incentives unless agreed in writing.

    • Alderley Homes reserves the right to change or remove this scheme without notice.
