Choose your Alderley home

Browse our stunning Alderley Homes developments and find the perfect property for you. Our sales team will confirm if your chosen home is eligible for our Part Exchange scheme.

We arrange the valuation

We’ll arrange for independent valuations of your existing home to determine a fair market price.

Receive your offer

Once the valuation is complete, we’ll make you a formal Part Exchange offer. If you accept, we’ll handle the sale of your property, meaning you won’t have to deal with estate agents or viewings.

A smooth move

With no chain and no risk of delays, you can focus on preparing for your new home. We’ll manage the sale of your old property, allowing you to move stress-free into your new Alderley home.

Terms & conditions

By participating in the Alderley Homes Part Exchange Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • The scheme is available on selected developments and homes at Alderley Homes' discretion.

    • The customer’s property must meet Alderley Homes’ Part Exchange criteria, including (but not limited to) property type, location, condition, and value.

    • The customer must provide vacant possession upon completion.

    • Alderley Homes will arrange two independent valuations from appointed estate agents.

    • A formal offer will be made based on these valuations, and the customer has 48 hours to accept or decline.

    • If the offer is accepted, the customer must sign a Part Exchange agreement and reserve their new home.

    • A reservation fee is required to secure the new Alderley home.

    • Alderley Homes will market the customer’s property during the exchange period.

    • The customer must cooperate with viewings and maintain the property in good condition.

    • The customer must instruct a solicitor and mortgage provider (if applicable) within 7 days of accepting the offer.

    • Exchange of contracts must take place within the agreed timeframe (usually 28 days).

    • The customer must legally complete the sale and move into their new Alderley home on the agreed date.

    • If the customer fails to complete, they may forfeit their reservation and be liable for incurred costs.

    • Alderley Homes will cover estate agent fees associated with the sale.

    • Any removals, mortgage fees, or solicitor fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

    • Part Exchange cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless agreed in writing.

    • Alderley Homes reserves the right to withdraw from the Part Exchange process at any time before legal exchange.
