At Alderley Homes, we believe great experiences should be shared. If you love your Alderley home and have been impressed by our service, why not recommend us to your friends or family? Not only will they find their dream home, but you’ll both receive a £500 reward when they purchase with us.

How it works

Recommend Alderley Homes

If a friend or family member is looking for a new home, tell them about your experience and share our Recommend a Friend scheme with them.

Pass on the voucher

Download our Recommend A Friend voucher, print it out and complete it. Then, give it to your friend or family member to present to our sales team when they reserve their home.

Reserve and complete

Your friend must present the fully completed voucher at the time of reservation. Once they legally complete their purchase, you’ll both receive £500 as a thank you!

When will you receive your reward?

Once your friend or family member legally completes their purchase of an Alderley home, you’ll each receive £500 as a reward for spreading the word.

It’s that simple – no hidden steps, just an easy way to share the Alderley Homes experience and enjoy a little extra reward for doing so!

Terms & conditions

By participating in the Recommend a Friend Scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • The Recommend a Friend scheme is open to Alderley Homes customers who have purchased a home directly from Alderley Homes.

    • The scheme is available to friends or family members who have not yet reserved an Alderley home.

    • Both the referrer (existing homeowner) and the referee (new homebuyer) must be over 18 years old.

    • Both the referrer and the referee will receive a £500 reward each following the successful legal completion of the referee’s Alderley Homes purchase.

    • The reward is issued as a bank transfer or cheque and will be processed within 28 days of completion.

    • The Recommend a Friend voucher must be fully completed and submitted at the point of reservation of the referee’s new home.

    • The referrer’s name and address must match the details of an existing Alderley Homes homeowner.

    • The scheme cannot be applied retrospectively to any previous reservations.

    • The Recommend a Friend scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer.

    • This offer is not applicable if the referee is purchasing through a company, investor scheme, or part exchange.

    • If the purchase does not proceed to legal completion, no reward will be paid.

    • The scheme is only valid on private purchases and does not apply to homes purchased through shared ownership or other affordable housing schemes.

    • There is no cash alternative, and rewards are non-transferable.

    • Alderley Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time without notice.

    • Any misuse or fraudulent claims will result in disqualification from the scheme.

    • By participating in this scheme, both parties agree to these terms and conditions.
